About the Role
Are you ready to take ownership of engineering projects that shape the future of a major industrial site?
We’re seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to lead and support a range of capital and revenue projects, driving innovation, compliance, and long-term operational excellence. You’ll be responsible for the full project lifecycle — from feasibility and design through to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engineering projects aligned with site strategy.
• Lead safety studies including risk assessments, HAZOP, and FMEA.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC, EN, and BS standards.
• Support change management and documentation processes.
• Collaborate across departments to identify and deliver continuous improvements.

Requirements

• HNC/HND with 7+ years’ experience or a degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years in an
• industrial setting.
• Strong CAD skills (2D/3D modelling).
• Analytical mindset with strong computing and statistical skills.
• Excellent communication and report writing abilities.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and project management methodologies.
