- Conduct mechanical repairs using schematics and technical drawings.
- Fabricate spare parts and refurbish existing machinery.
- Complete safety audits and risk assessments.
- Support site maintenance during production downtime.
- Experienced mechanical fitter from steel, construction, or heavy industry.
- NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Confidence to challenge unsafe practices and promote high safety standards.
