Are you a qualified and experienced Commercial Gas Engineer ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a Mobile Multi-skilled Engineer to join a highly regarded building services team, delivering exceptional maintenance solutions across commercial sites in the education and healthcare sectors.

About the Role:
- Provide planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial properties.
- Work on mechanical and electrical systems, including plantroom equipment.
- Operate independently and collaboratively within a multi-skilled service team.
- Travel across the North West and Midlands, with occasional overnight stays (pre-arranged and fully expensed).
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial mechanical and electrical building services.
- ACS Gas qualified and Gas Safe registered.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition / NICEIC qualifications preferred.
- F-Gas and LPG certifications desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret building services drawings.
- Basic IT proficiency and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check post-hire.
