Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for mechanical projects across various sectors.

Analyze project specifications, drawings, and designs to ensure precise pricing and compliance.

Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate and secure competitive quotes.

Provide value engineering solutions to enhance project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Support the tendering process by delivering competitive, high-quality estimates.

Stay updated with market trends, material costs, and pricing to ensure the accuracy of estimates.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within the construction industry.

In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and services (e.g., HVAC, piping, plumbing).

Proficiency in estimating software and tools.

Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

A team player with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Desirable: HND, HNC, or equivalent qualification in mechanical engineering.
