We are looking for a Mechanical Site Supervisor for a 12 month contract based in Dumfries, immediate start available. Details of the role below:

Job Location:

Dumfries and Galloway, Dumfries, United Kingdom

Job Type:

Contract, Full-Time hours (40 per week minimum)

Rate:

£26 – £29 Per hour DOE

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation activities on construction sites
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage a team of mechanical technicians and contractors
• Monitor progress and quality of work
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
• Maintain accurate project documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Supervisor or similar role
• Valid Supervisor’s Gold CSCS Card 
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the mechanical construction industry

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of construction processes and techniques
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Desired Qualifications:

• Health and Safety certification
• IPAF
• PASMA
